Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays or loss once the package is with the carrier. If there's an issue, we’ll gladly assist in resolving it with tracking or investigating.

Return & Refund Policy

At Sacred Sea Studio, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted from natural shells. Because of their organic origins, variations in color, shape, or size are to be expected and these differences are part of what makes each item one of a kind. We do our best to describe each piece accurately, and we hope you will treasure yours. If something is not quite right, here is how we handle returns, exchanges, and repairs.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

You may exchange your Sacred Sea Studio jewelry for store or online credit. To begin the process, please email mona@sacredseastudio.com.

Items can be exchanged for full credit only if they are returned within 15 days of purchase, in unworn and original condition, and sent back to us with a copy of the receipt.

When sending a product back for exchange, please include your contact information:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Please note that all sale and discounted items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Repairs

Our jewelry is delicate and made with natural materials, which means normal wear, mishandling, or natural deterioration can sometimes cause breakage. Sacred Sea Studio is not responsible for damage due to these causes.

If your jewelry breaks within 15 days of purchase and it appears to be the result of a design defect, please email mona@sacredseastudio.com. We will review your piece and do our best to support you.

Lost an Earring?

If you lose one earring, please email mona@sacredseastudio.com with the style name and a photo of the remaining earring.

If we have the materials available, we will ask you to send in both the remaining earring and all original parts so we can create the best match possible.

The cost of a replacement is half the price of the original pair. Please ship earrings securely in a padded envelope or small box to avoid damage. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
